APA’s Application for 15-year no coverage determination –Final recommendation and decision

On 10 April 2024 the Hon Reece Whitby MLA Minister for Energy; Environment; Climate Action (WA) made a decision in accordance with the Councils final recommendation that the Northern Goldfields Interconnect (NGI) gas pipeline be exempt from coverage for a period of 15 years.

Application for certification of the South Australian Rail Access Regime (Final recommendation and decision)

On 6 April 2022, the Assistant Treasurer made a decision, in accordance with the Council’s final recommendation, to certify the South Australian Access Regime for a period of ten years.
