Application for declaration for access to services provided by the Herbert River tramway network (Draft recommendation)

On 1 June 2010 the Council released its draft recommendation. The draft recommendation is that the service not be declared under Part IIIA.  A copy of the draft recommendation is available below for download.

Interested parties are now invited to make submissions in response to the Council's draft recommendation.  The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Thursday 1 July 2010.

Submissions should be emailed in soft copy (both MS Word and PDF) to the Council at the above email address, with a hard copy sent to:

The Council will then consider the submissions and provide its final recommendation to the Commonwealth Minister.
