The period for submissions on the Council's draft recommendation ended on 14 March 2013. The Council received five submissions from interested parties and a letter from Beach Energy, all of which can be downloaded below. The Council has 20 business days from the close of submissions within which it is to make its final recommendation to the relevant Minister.
