Application for coverage of the South Eastern Pipeline System (Submissions on application)

The Council invited written submissions on the application (including the further information provided by KCA on 7 January 2013). At the close of submissions on29 January 2013, the Council had received submissions from APA Group, Origin Energy, Beach Energy and a further submission from KCA. Following the resolution of confidentiality issues in the KCA further submission, all of the submissions are available for download at the links below.

APA Group, the owner/operator of the pipeline system, had earlier provided a submission comprising some background information to assist in the assessment of the application. This information, which does not seek to address the coverage criteria, is also available to download on this page.
